These are a set of carbs that came with a box of parts, I
can not guarantee their condition nor their fitment.
They came in with a box of Suzuki Bandit parts but they appear to be a set of Katana carbs from a Katana 600, they are smaller than my Bandit 1200 carbs and the Bandit 600 would have used Keihin carbs afaik
They will need a complete clean and rebuild. I have not opened them; the slides move with suction sounds, the butterfly appears to be gummed up on one side.Throttle position sensor and everything shown attached will ship with it as is.

I found 19E3 carbs belong to a Katana 600 so I believe these to be from that style bike but can't promise.
