Antique, well over a century old book in overall very good condition. Exterior of the book shows some minor age and shelf wear like light rubs or bumps to the outer edges of the upper and lower spine and the outer corner edges of the coverboards. Front cover has a minor and vague soiling spot on it and back cover shows some superficial scuffs. Interior of the book is very clean with some minor waviness to the first several pages. Book's binding is tight and well intact and the book is complete with all pages present and none coming loose, detached or missing.

Book totals 278 pages, measures approximately 9 1/4 x 6 3/8 x 7/8 inches and weighs about 2 pounds.
