These DVD Recorders work great. After so many hours with  normal use, dust collects up on various sensors or oxidation on switches leading to malfunction.

Player has been disassembled, cleaned, including all playback video audio record heads. Tape guide mechanism. Tape guide tracks tuned if necessary. Tape position sensor and switches (causes tape no playback and or auto eject shut off) The belts are checked or replaced as are any faulty components. The motors for all drives are cleaned & lubricated. On the DVD recorder side the optical lens and tray eject mechanisms are cleaned also. (No message on display can't read disc or no disc) only a few minor signs of wear on any unit see pics for the current offer.

The player comes with a 60 Day Warranty .
