Seller's Note:  These cat figurines are being sold as a Lot ONLY -- I will not be breaking up the set and selling any separately.

This is a lot of 7 Vintage Ceramic (or Porcelain) Cat Figurines made in Japan in the 1950's to 1960's (Mid-century Modern) time period.  I am not sure who manufactured these in Japan.  A couple have their original foil 'Japan' label/stickers, and one has the black stamp 'Japan' on its foot.  Sizes vary slightly but most are about 3" tall.  This group of kitties include:  3 of the same calico cat/kitten figurine with greenish-turquoise blue rhinestone eyes, who are sitting and licking their front paw; 2 of the same sitting greyish cat/kitten figurines with the greenish-turquoise blue rhinestone eyes; 1 orange cat/kitten in the standing position with the same green-blue rhinestone eyes; and 1 white standing cat/kitten with black highlights with a lovely blue rhinestone eye color.  They are all in quite nice shape with minor issues.  Age-related wear may include light paint/glaze loss; a tiny nibble; dirt/dust/mark/stain; residue from a sticker or glue at eye; some have visible crazing; initials on the bottom of one; all could probably use a gentle clean; there is glare/reflection in my photos; there are manufacturer's flaws/imperfections also i.e. like little 'bumps' of pottery or rough areas under the glaze or there might be the odd spot of wayward paint from the initial painting process; I do not see any cracks or major chips or repairs... but just a few rough spots or nibbles - one might be a small flake/chip on one of the calico cat's ear seen in 2nd last photo - really hard to tell because it almost feels like a rough spot under the glaze but could be a tiny nibble/chip (please see all photos for details).  These are from my own personal cat figurine collection.  These adorable felines would make a lovely addition to any home!

I have not cleaned any of the vintage or non-vintage items that I will be listing; I will leave that up to the Buyer, as I would not want to damage anything due to lack of experience/knowledge.  Unless otherwise noted, these vintage pieces have all belonged to people that I personally knew i.e. my friend's mother; my own mother or my grandmothers.

- I have never attempted to sell anything on eBay until September 2018; I have always been a Buyer in the past.  I began with listing some of my ACEO collection, as it seemed the easiest place to start.  I do not have an eBay store; however, I will have other miscellaneous items (like vintage costume jewelry for example) that I will list down the road (as I have time).  I have a wide variety of "odds and sods" (a lot of these items are from when my grandparents passed away, etc.), and I feel it is time to downsize on some of our "stuff"... less is more they say.  I will strive to describe items honestly and to the best of my ability.

SHIPPING:  

- At this time, I ship within Canada; as of November 2018, I am now shipping to the United States and the United Kingdom (as of January 2019) on some items.
- When a package is indicated as Delivered in the tracking number history, eBay does not ask Sellers to reimburse Buyers for claims of non-receipt.  Sellers have no control over mailbox thieves or the postal service making an error by mis-delivering a package.  Therefore, I ask you not to hold the Seller responsible for these rare incidents.  Thank you for your understanding on these issues.
- I ship within 3 business days of receiving payment.
- I will combine shipping where possible.  If you buy more than one item and wish to have combined shipping, please do not pay until you receive the combined shipping invoice.

For Canada:
- I will ship via Canada Post Regular Parcel (which automatically includes tracking).  If the actual total shipping cost to mail your parcel is less than the Buyer's paid shipping cost, I will refund any difference over 1.00.
- Please note that even though Canada Post gives a shipping time of 2-10 business days for Regular Parcel, on occasion the parcel may take a little longer depending on where you live in Canada.

For United States:
- I will ship via Canada Post Tracked Packet - USA - Air.  
- Please note that even though Canada Post gives a shipping time of approximately 7 business days for this service, on occasion the parcel may take a little longer depending on where you live in the USA.
- If the actual total shipping cost to mail your parcel is less than the Buyer's paid shipping cost, I will refund any difference over 1.00.
- Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost.  These charges are the Buyer's responsibility.  Please check with your country's Customs Office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding or buying.
- Orders may require a Customs form to be filled in; this will be done openly and honestly by the Seller, in order to allow fast and smooth transfer of goods through International borders.  

PACKING/DAMAGE:

- Please be assured that I will package your item carefully, so that it arrives safely and undamaged.
- However, if the item arrives damaged, please take a photo of any damage to the box/package before the box is opened and then take photos of the contents.  Thank you.
- These items will be wrapped in bubble wrap and mailed in a box to fit.

RETURNS-EXCHANGES-CANCELLATIONS:

- I do not accept exchanges.
- I gladly accept Domestic returns within Canada only (based on the below time period only):

  Ship items back within:              30 days of delivery (Buyer pays return shipping).

- I gladly accept Cancellations (both within Canada, the U.S.A. and United Kingdom) based on the below time period only:

  Request a cancellation within:   12 hours of auction win or Buy it Now purchase.

- If I have made a mistake and have inadvertently misrepresented any of my auctions/fixed listings, I will reimburse the cost of the item plus all shipping costs (as well as the return shipping).

CONDITIONS OF RETURN (within Canada):

- Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs.  If the item is not returned in its original condition, the Buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
- If an item is insured, regardless of fault, the Buyer shall co-operate with Seller in every aspect in the submission to the Insurer of a claim for coverage or reimbursement (for example, taking photos of a damaged package/item, etc.).

PAYMENT:
 
- Winning bidders must pay within 3 days of AUCTION's end.  
- Immediate payment is required on BUY IT NOW (Fixed Price) Listings (this includes the 'BEST OFFER' Option).
