We have
been donated an interesting collection / selection of Oneida Community Plate
Cutlery – mostly in its original boxes.
Six of each of seven items + a couple of extra bits that will be
detailed later.
Not quite sure
of its age as it seems to have been made over a period of time. The boxes and
also two little leaflets for Care instructions that we found in them look to be
from the 1950s.
Each set of
six is in is its box that has the gold name Community Plate. Some have silver stickers at the end that also
have the name Community Plate and Hampton Court. On each of the boxes someone has written
what the contents are. These are

Grapefruit
Spoons (this box is different – larger and with a window to show one of the
spoons.
The last
two boxed items are a Fish Serving Slice and a Serving Fork.
Also
are two unboxed larger Serving Spoons with the same pattern.
