Picture cardboard sleeve is in very good plus to excellent condition.  Slight ringwear but barely noticeable.  Slight corner rubbing. 1mm bit of edgewear to top edge. Being picky. Conservative grading.

Inner sleeve is in near mint condition.

Record has been test played and has been found to be in near mint condition also.  Outstanding condition record.
