MR50 carburetor replacement kits!

Here’s what’s included. A Dellorto carb, Motion Pro throttle cable, carb adjustment screw and cap. 2 Norma hose clamps and an air box boot.

The intake manifold is NOT included that is shown in several pics.

The carburetor intake side has been milled to match the original carb. This makes the fit perfect to the intake manifold.

The air box boot was custom molded to install like the original. The air box side is the same but the carb side was enlarged to accommodate the Dellorto air intake side.

I have rejetted the carburetor and my MR50 test bike runs great. My engine was bored and has a new piston kit, new points and crank seals. Also a new NGK B7HS. I have no air leaks, a test was done.

The jetting is a baseline for your MR. Engine condition can effect the running and performance of your bike.
