Only things that don't look original are the battery connection and screws holding the base plate on. Circuit board looks unadulterated. Original JRC4558D chip in place.
As can be seen in the video it switches on/off reliably, all controls work, LED works and I think it sounds amazing. Video is just a clip filmed from my phone camera - clean guitar in looper to TS10 to little practice amp.
All in all it's a killer, working example of one of the greatest effects pedals ever produced!
