This is a vintage 1987 Barbie doll accessory set called "Perfume Pretty". It includes a pair of pearl pink bow shoes and a perfume bottle.

Perfume has just a small amount left in the bottle. The doll is not included and the shoes are stamped Hong Kong. Perfume bottle is stamped made in Italy.
