•Item was originally sold in 2004 with Batteries Included

•I opened item to remove batteries only to find the batteries were corroded. The base will come on and partially work, but I couldn’t get it to function properly. The phone was too badly corroded and will not work at all.

•There may also be some sun fading, but is difficult to tell as the box does not show signs of this
