Lot of 3 Commodores No Cords Powers On For Parts Or Repair Two Vic-20, One C-64

Here is a pair of Commodore Vic-20 and one Commodore 64 computers for parts or repair.  These power on, but are getting a black screen, not sure why. No cords are included.  Please enlarge photos.
