1933 cover from a MA town (postmark is smudgy and not clear to me at a glance) to South Sudbury . No postage, with crude pencil written "postage due 3c" on perforated paper (maybe stamp selvedge) but tied by the postmark; two boxed "return to writer" auxiliary markings; Boston backstamp, South Sudbury machine cancel backstamp. Intriguing cover.
