"It might be....it could be....it is!"

This ticket from a Cubs game on August 30, 1989 is signed by THE Harry Caray! My husband and I were truly Harry groupies!! We never drank so seeing Harry was our high! We would wait after the few games that we attended each year (when tickets were reasonable!) to meet Harry. We knew the door from where he exited and kept that our secret so that we had him to ourselves! We waited the 25 minutes after the game for him and just chatted as he walked to the golf cart. As he was driven down the ramps more people would get the thrill of seeing him, too! He always made us feel like he knew us-although he may have recognized us after awhile. He was always so kind and generous with his time: ALWAYS, for a Cubs fan. It never felt like we were imposing as he REALLY LOVED Cubs fans!!! Once we brought my brother and sister-in-law up there to meet him and Harry kissed her!! He never did that that to me all the times we met with him and it made us (internally) laugh so hard! We waited until he walked away and then busted a gut! We still talk about it! Those were great times. Harry was the best part of a Cubs game for us.

The ticket shows wear, bends, scratches; the back has tape and some ripping but it doesn't go all the way through. There is some yellowed tape where we had it attached to his photo in a frame. "Harry Caray Holy Cow."

This is perfect for a Man Cave or She Shed!

PLEASE study photos for best description.
