Oberkochen Opton name was used to brand West German Zeiss lenses when sold in the East Block, to avoid copyright disputes with the East German Zeiss Jena. So the lenses should be the same as normal Zeiss produced up until re-unification.)
the lens is in nice condition considering the age
optics:
no fungus
No haze
some cleaning marks on front and rear element and some very small mark on the front couting (I tried to take a picture of it)
it is only visible under strong transillumination and and certain angle
of course some dust inside
mechanically, I would say that it works fine, I took pictures of several rolls, the times seem to fit, I did not measure them in detail.
