Cute tapestry material handbag by Relic.  It has handles and then it also has a longer strap for carrying over the shoulder. It does not appear to have ever been used- it still has the tag on it and the extra strap is still zip tied inside the purse.  This piece has a very classic look and great colors. 14" wide and 7" tall, it has a front and back open pocket and inside is one larger pocket with an open cell phone pocket on the inside front and a zippered pocket on the inside back.  It is trimmed in faux leather.
