There is a ding on the right side speaker grill (see photos) and some general light scuffing but nothing that affects function. The device works perfectly in all functions, with clear sound. The original AC power adapter is included.

The battery backup will need to be replaced if you wish to use that function. It uses a 3 V button battery, type CR 2450.
