ITEM DESCRIPTION:  Up for auction is a naive, primitive, vintage, signed, acrylic on canvas folk art painting signed by M. Sheehan in lower right corner. Depicts a seated, black farmer in coveralls with 3 chickens walking around behind him. The painting is housed in a wooden frame, which is in good shape with just a few corner nicks/rubs. The painting itself is in excellent condition with no damage. The outer frame measures 23.5" by 19.75", and the inner painting (inside the frame) measures 16" by 20".

SHIPPING: Your painting will be packed securely and safely, and mailed either with FedEx or UPS Ground, depending on the buyer's location. Local pick-up is welcome and always free. 

RETURNS: Refunds will be given if an item is not as described and is returned in the same condition as it was shipped.
