Blue Jenetex dance/ ice skating long sleeved dress. In a size 3A

It measures approximately 15 inches underarm to underarm laid flat and 23 inches shoulder to hem. There are a couple of stains on the skirt but these aren't too distracting in the pleats. Please see photos.
