This E.I. Course he live I Taos New Mexico. He was born in 1866 and died in 1936. Print depicts a Native American making offers to a god from the Pueblo tribe sometime before 1934 . The print taken from an original painting by Eanger Irving Couse, beautifully portrays the culture and traditions of the Native American people. This collectible item is a must-have for those interested in the history and arts of Native American culture. Print is in very good condition just a few little spots on the image

“see photos “ the original border has been cut off for framing it may have originally been part of a calendar? I am selling another print by the same artist which is the same size minus the water on the back of the other piece. There is a date of August 20, 1918.The measurements are 17 3/4 x 9 3/4. Also noticed the photo I took of the lower right hand corner. There is definitely words that have been over painted probably to make it more framable. The first word is American the rest I really can’t make out other than the bottom line that reads, Printing and lithograph co. I am selling another print by the same artist which has its Original border if interested please take a look. They have been hanging in a friends parents cottage since the 1940s, thanks for looking and have a great day.
