This is a stunning example of Aldo Londi's work for Bitossi. Due to the handwritten bottom mark, it would be dated around the 1950's by Aldo Londi; but please feel free to let me know any different as I would love to know more about this piece.

The mark reads '14792/20 Italy'.

This bowl is in exceptional condition with no chips or cracks.

It measures approximately 24.6cm x 13cm tall. A lovely feature is that number '52' is extremely faint in the middle orange tile under the glaze, so this was placed during the manufacturing process but is very hard to see (hopefully I have picked it up in the photos). It shows the excellent quality and precision these bowls were made to. The texture of the glaze is beautiful.
