I’ve unfortunately been unsuccessful in locating a model number or production date so please reference photos fully to get the best idea of the current state of the helmet

I don’t see any major physical flaws or issues like cracks or broken pieces

Helmet has a double visor as shown

It is tagged as a size XL

From the information I’ve revived the original owner was a helicopter pilot for some type of rescue missions

Shows some signs of external cosmetic wear as shown

Some internal foam outside of ear pads is showing signs of deterioration

Internal straps and parts appear in good vintage shape with normal wear

One screw cap is missing on visor adjustment knob as shown - still operates
