PCGS authenticated and graded VG 8. Nice medium brown, deeper in some protected areas. There are some dull, faint scratches in the lower obverse fields that blend in well, otherwise free of notable marks. Overall nice eye appeal for the grade, smooth surfaces. MDS, strong die break through first S in STATES.
