Tag size Medium, I believe size chart said Medium is 5/6 but this ran smaller for us, maybe like a 5 or 4 ??

Color is either white or a very light ivory, hard to say. It's Not a stark white, see pictures: slightly warmer than the stark white bin under it, BUT not as creamy as tag.

Probably varies depending on what its next to.

Some washwear but not extreme.
