There are a few scuffs on the PSU, and the top is slightly dented in (please see pictures). The PSU has been tested and is fully functional. The PSU comes with retail accessories, except for the user pamphlets/manual, and comes with everything seen in the photos. If the accessories or any other items are not pictured, they are not included.
