For sale is an almost complete set (close to 75%) that includes a lot of 4 brand new, factory-sealed set bags from the 2015 Modular Buildings set 10246 Detective's Office. Step 1 was personally bagged and is only missing a couple of pieces (mainly the fan). Step 2 is about 75% there, missing some roof pieces and some others. Step 3 is not included. But step 4 is 100% and still sealed. You will receive all 4 of the #4 bags, as pictured. Found at garage sale so don’t know much about the set itself.

You will also receive the instruction booklet. No minifigs. I have the box too but it is not included because of shipping price. If you really want the box as well, reach out and maybe we can figure something out.
