Hello.....I am offering this very interesting Architectural Trade book about new homes design etc. that was printed in 1923
I really like the leather bound cover with the Green and White colorization
This book contains 439 intact pages and I show you some good pictures of the various subjects within in
I found NO inside writings or highlights but there is some pages with wrinkles (more in the front of the book) and pages with edge wear
You will see the cover has corner bends and wear, it does sit slightly slanted also and I show in a picture the inside wear on first Brown page with the title page being torn away from the spine at the bottom portion
There are spots and other slight issues on some of the pages but all in all this interesting book is fun to read and look at all the cool info
Book measures at 11" tall, 8.5" across and is 1" in thickness
