Very unusual sculptural vase...eyestopper piece.

This item is in very good condition.  Please look at pictures closely...In the last picture, I have circled where there is a small scratch.  There is also either wear or a small nick/chip at the very top of the piece.  Please see 2nd from last picture.  I had to hold my camera just right to be able to notice these 2 things.  Neither are immediately noticeable.  This is a vintage item so please examine pictures closely.
