This a rare example of the Kodak Vest Pocket due to its lens. These cameras come typically with a meniscus lens.

The lens is a  Wollensak Anastigmat f6.3- ?mm.. No focal length written on the lens.

The camera shows wear with some paints missing and pitting on the front plate. Look closely at photos. Bellows are in good shape. Shutter works. Lens is clean. Pen included.
