Regarding shipping costs: In a listing where I ask the buyer to pay shipping, I only ask the buyer to pay what USPS charges me. In this case, shipping to the authenicator will cost $5.55. I do combine shipping. For combined shipping, simply wait for an invoice or request a payment total.
