Also give your item some time to be delivered to you specially if it’s international shipments. There is a delay with the shipment at the post office and other carriers.. With the holidays and bad weather there is going to be delays.. I have NO control with the post office or other carriers once I drop it off the package at their facility. Also it does help that you call your post office or carriers and talk to their customer service.. Remember they are the ones that’s delivering your package not me..
