- Questions about fitment or installation? PLEASE ask the manufacturer and/or a professional mechanic/technician. I did not make any of the parts that I sell, nor am I a mechanic, an HD dealership or a "shop"... just one guy in a quiet warehouse trying to make a living. I do not like to guess about fitment for your specific make and model.

- Please ask ANY and ALL questions BEFORE you buy. If I do not respond, that means your answer is right here in the listing. If you show disrespect in my direction, you will be blocked from doing future business with me. I have neither the time nor the patience for disrespectful humans... so be NICE!

- There are NO extra parts included that I do not specify in the description.

- You will receive exactly what is described. If you do not, then we have a problem and I'd like to know about it asap.

- Unless otherwise stated, I've not used or tested this item.

- All sales are FINAL and all items are sold "AS IS". If for some reason this item needs to be returned, there will be a 25% restocking fee and the buyer will get to eat all shipping costs both ways.... so please know what you're buying.

- If you are buying a used functional item, I highly suggest that you have your mechanic take it apart and check all parts. Examples: front end, brake caliper, swingarm, wheel, etc.

SHIPPING:
- The shipping total you see includes: a box, insurance, bubble wrap, popcorn, tape and/or whatever it takes to create a properly packaged item (by me), so it arrives in the same condition as when it left my hands. Don't like the total you see? Then please do not make your purchase. I drive to the post office to get your item(s) safely handed off, so that takes time, gas and wear/tear on my truck.
- Due to all the fees/costs/time involved, I do not combine shipping when using eBay.
- I only use my shipping accounts.
- If your package gets lost or destroyed, you're covered for the amount paid.
- I plan on getting your package handed off to a carrier within 4 business days (sometimes quicker). If you are in a rush, talk to me before making your purchase, as I am out of town from time to time (that'll be shown at the top of the listing).
- USPS will need your signature at delivery for many of the items sold. If that's a problem, please speak up.
- NO local pickups, unless otherwise specified in the listing.

OUTSIDE US SALES:
- Using the USPS requires me to load up the goods, drive across town, stand in line... quite costly in time and gas.
- Import duties, taxes and other charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These fees are the buyer’s responsibility.

OTHER:
- From time to time, I lose items. I try to stay organized, but sometimes it happens. If it does, your entire payment will be refunded, with an apology from me.
- I do not use a telephone to communicate... ever. EBay communications stay on my computer, giving us both accurate records of what has been said. Besides, I'm getting old and have a bad memory. No time to chat on the telephone (I'm a Grandpa now).
- I'm a "ONE MAN SHOW" over here. I'm not a large company and I have no employees. I do it all myself. Tic-Toc, time is money.
