THIS IS LOT 5, AND WE BELIEVE IT IS A FIRST EDITION -  'HAWTREY'S DEPUTY'. ILLUSTRATED,  IT WAS PUBLISHED 1911 AND EX LIBRIS INSCRIPTION IS 1914. 

CONDITION:  VERY GOOD FOR AGE. THE BINDING IS GOOD, COVERS ARE GOOD BUT SHOW A LITTLE WEAR COMMENSURATE WITH AGE.   PAGES IN GOOD CONDITION.  THERE IS SOME STAINING TO THE PAGES NEXT TO THE FRONT AND BACK COVERS (PLS SEE PHOTOS).
