Vintage Huffy hand grips. These have a very unique shape, and came on vintage Huffy tandem bikes, perhaps some others as well. Red sparkle. Made in USA, 1970s. 7/8"-22.2mm diameter. Very nice vintage condition. Some minor scuffing/discoloration in a couple spots. Still look and feel great.
