Condition: Music was found at an estate sale of a former music teacher; items were stored in a basement and sheet music has a musty smell; some of the covers to the music have a curve to them; the Chopin cover is loose at the bottom staple for the cover; a couple of these pieces have some writing on the front covers and a couple have some small spots/stains; please see pictures for details; although we did scan for writing and did not see any, it is possible for sheet music to have musician/conductor notes written inside; price has been set based on condition
