Red letter. 1994 edition (exact printing year unknown). Approximately 9.75" x 6.75" x 2". Although the ISBN on the copyright page is commonly associated with the plain hardcover version, this clearly is not the situation with this book. Cover material is not specified anywhere but is likely bonded leather.

Partially filled presentation page. The first 20 pages have minor ripply water damage in the top blank margin. There is also a little coffee staining or similar that is visible on pages 1589-1598 (no stuck pages or blurry text).

I found 16 pages with writing such as margin notes and text highlighting in several non-neon marker colors (often brown) and occasional pen ink.

Both the front and back of the book have covers splits of varying amounts (this is currently a functionally minor flaw, but careful handling is advised for maximum use life of the book). The spine is otherwise secure.

Covers have minimal rubs, a few edge and corner scratches/nicks, and some of the spine lettering is partially rubbed off. The page gilding has various handling rubs/scratches and is approximately 75%-80% intact.

4 tab labels are missing, but those page edges are viable for replacement labels.

No strong odors (smoke, etc) or mold. There is a mild air freshener or soap smell at close range which might fade over time.

Ships in a brand new box.
