Overall, the map is in good condition. The only issues are the map is separated from the leather cover, and where it was joined, a little strip of the map is left stuck to the cover. You can see an example of this in the (8th) & (9th) photos above. In the (21st) photo above you can see the size of the map compared to a ruler. The black leather cover is in good condition.
