This is Oni-Musume or She-Devil, from the illustrator Hiroyuki Utattane, from the series "Count Down".

This is a BLUE variant of the original red and yellow sculpt, and is the first volume in the series. There is a further oddity on this, as the label was placed upside down from the factory on the blister box. 

Blister is in relatively good condition, with little wear and or yellowing. It is New in Box. Please refer to photos for details.
