Shipping

Warranty

All products sold by ShopTronics come with full manufacturer warranty. If you have received a defective item or wish to obtain warranty service for a product sold by ShopTronics, please contact the manufacturer of the product directly. Please refer to warranty documentation included inside product packaging for complete details. Products returned to ShopTronics for warranty service must be shipped prepaid. ShopTronics will return serviced products under warranty prepaid to the customer.

Warranty for International Orders (outside USA and Canada): For products shipped internationally, please note that any manufacturer warranty may not be valid; manufacturer service options may not be available; product manuals, instructions and safety warnings may not be in destination country languages; the products (and accompanying materials) may not be designed in accordance with destination country standards, specifications, and labeling requirements; and the products may not conform to destination country voltage and other electrical standards (requiring use of an adapter or converter if appropriate).
