I believe it to be New old stock in original box packaging. Minimal wear to box.

For your consideration is this original Bachmann Plasticville N Scale Built-up Freight Station #45907.

On the platform is a fork truck with figure and some benches.  Station name says Grovemont.  There is another piece in original plastic bag attached to inside of box.
