Clawhammer Banjo Volume Two (County CO-CD-2717)
An expanded CD reissue of volume two of three of the very influential series of old-time banjo LPs released by County Records in the 1960s. The recordings were made by collector Charles Faurot & Rich Nevins and feature legends Oscar Wright, Fred Cockerham, Matokie Slaughter, Gaither Carlton, Tommy Jarrell, Sidna Myers, Glen Smith, and Willard Watson. Includes a 12 page illustrated booklet with liner notes by Bob Carlin and Charles Faurot. A fine collection.
CD and booklet in NM condition. Backside of the shell has some damage as visible above.
