I am not a professional grader, this is my opinion as a comic collector and fan. 

This is a pretty cool one! I don't see this one very often either! This is Western Gunfighters #7, this issue features the death of Ghost Rider Carter Slade, and features the first appearance of Ghost Rider Lincoln Slade. 

This one is unfortunately a mid grade copy. It has some normal wear for its age, but it also has some pretty severe dog eared interior pages, and an approximately 1 inch spine split. At most I think its around a 6.0, although the spine split could lower it.
