used, clean, functional, durable ARMY ACU Cold Weather Field Coat / Jacket in mens size MEDIUM REGULAR.  NSN:  8415-01-521-2251.  cotton-nylon blend. made by GOLDEN MFG.   I believe this was made in 1998.  stow-away hood is in the collar.  lots of pockets, the front snaps and zips.  drawstring at waist.  this is lined and has buttons to accept an insulated liner.
