As you can see from the pictures the condition of the audio book and the plastic holder holding the CDs.  I will go into more details on the condition.

This audio book is in good condition.  It is from a local library that sold off some of there audio books.  It has its library card and name on the CDs.  The case is in good condition and the cover sheet is in good condition also.  The plastic holding the CDs is doing a really good job and they hold tight.

As far as I know there is no issues with the CDs playing.  The CDs are showing some wear from being played and being taken in and out of the case.
