The camera is new and still sealed in plastic within the box.  The contents are complete with Camera, Batteries (not sure of age or if they are still good - includes 4 x AA), Shoulder Strap, USB Cable, Lens Cap with Cap Cord and CD-Rom with Owners manual.  Please review all photos and feel free to let me know if you should have any questions.  Thank you!
