In pretty good shape: perfect structurally but has taken a little sun in places as you can see from the photos.

Therefore sold as is. There is a 3 piece the same as this on chairish right now which needs reupholstering for $9000. Two more sets have been sold on there/1st Dibs at similar prices in recent weeks.
