CONDITION : acceptable : the books show user wear, antiques; natural page toning, loose recipes ( some show significant wear and are missing parts of the recipe, tears ), separation on the book hinges and spine casing, edge wear / shelving wear, loose pages. The Mother's cookbook / Martha Washington appears to be the same cookbook written by Marion Harland, this one appears to be an early edition, also a card with the book 'George Washington Bicentennial Tree Planting' from the Hess family.
