This listing is for Up on the Housetop 2015 Magic Hallmark Keepsake Ornament. I marked used as I have not removed it from the box but it is 2015. I did open the box and there is a little snag where I opened it with my fingernail. The first time I took it out was to make the pictures for this listing. I also did write my initials aw on the bottom of the box. I am "downsizing" a HUGE Hallmark Collection.
