The OMEGA SPEEDMASTER (Professional) Mark III reference 176.002 was introduced in 1971 and featured an automatic chronograph movement for the first time in a Speedmaster. Omega and Lemania jointly developed this movement (officially documented as the Omega caliber 1040) also known as Lemania caliber 1341. The watch is fitted with the original bracelet in brushed St Steel links with a deployable clasp, it will fit a wrist of up to 7.5 inches. The factory-original silver dial includes two subsidiary dials, blue inner metal bezel with a Tachymeter scale and Date window at 3 with convenient quick-set. This wonderful watch is becoming harder to find in the market, especially in such great and original condition.
