The console has been discounted because the top and bottom screen do have scratches which I made sure to take photos at the best possible angle under our bright LED lamp so you can get the best idea of what they look like while the console is off. I also took picture in the dark and under a lamp while the console was on and in my opinion the scratches are not really noticeable during gameplay or affect gameplay. Console works great and has been tested. We use a super bright LED lamp for our photos and I had to angle the screen on top just right to get the scratches to show up on camera. But otherwise again, console works great :) We try to be as transparent as possible when it comes to condition because we know you work hard for your money, so do we :) Console comes with a free 4GB memory card, a stylus and after market AC Charger. Ships free. The game is not included and was used for testing and display purposes only.
