STORE POLICIES   

Due to its age and unique nature, vintage clothing is not often in perfect condition and is sold "As Is". We do however, try our best to purchase vintage items that are in almost perfect condition. 

Know that Straight 8 Vintage takes careful steps to both clean and repair garments, sometimes may have flaws, including, but not limited to, stains,and repairs. Please pay close attention to each garments specific condition. Items are used and most likely have been previously worn, unless otherwise indicated as "deadstock" or "unworn" etc. No warranty is expressed or implied regarding the usefulness or durability of any vintage item. Again, items sold "as is". Buyer notes that colors may vary from one computer screen to another. Contact us before purchasing if you are not sure of a garments exact hue.    

We take our time measuring all items flat on the floor to help ensure a great fit for you. Please compare the measurements with an item of clothing similar in cut for the best fit. If you have any questions as to how an item fits, contact us prior to bidding. I Returns are offered in cases of gross misrepresentation. If this happens you must contact us within 48 hours of receiving your item and return it by mail within 3 days. As long as the item is still in the exact condition received, we will be happy to refund your money, or you may ask for an exchange or store credit. 

We will need to inspect your return before a refund or exchange will be given. The return shipping fee will be paid by buyer.  WE DO NOT REFUND SHIPPING CHARGES On items that were purchased with free shipping, we will deduct our shipping costs from your refund amount.        

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover all through Paypal. Payment must be received within 5 days from the end of the auction. If we have not received payment or an email requesting more time within the 5 days, an unpaid item report will be filed. We automatically send second chance offers after 5 days.    

Your item will be shipped between 2-3 days of payment being made. If for any reason we cannot ship item to you with in 3 days of payment being made we will alert the buyer. Of course every effort will be made to ship ASAP. Domestic purchases ship USPS First Class or Priority Mail, with delivery confirmation (tracking #) Insurance or express shipping options are available.   

Regarding INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING. International purchases ship via USPS First Class or Priority. International Air Mail depending on the size and weight. This service doesn't include tracking or insurance. We require Priority or Express shipping for international orders over $150, this would be the only way to insure your purchase. Please contact us for a quote on Express shipping. Any customs rules, laws, or fees associated with receiving an item are the responsibility of the buyer. These charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost.  Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding or buying.  We do combine shipping on orders.
